Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery and installation date. Our standard delivery and installation timeframe is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and product availability.
All products are carefully packaged and transported by our in-house team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping and installation fees, if any, will be communicated clearly during the order process. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy
At 3A ALARM SYSTEM, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for return. Custom orders and special installations are non-refundable. All returns are subject to inspection by our technical team. If approved, you may choose between a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
